Quality Director
Jonathan has worked for Cawarden for over a decade and has a wealth of knowledge and experience from a background in management, sales and manufacturing.
During his time at Cawarden, he has undertaken various senior roles including Operations Director before he moved into a new standalone position of Quality Director in 2021.
Jonathan is leading the introduction and implementation of an Integrated Management System – the UKAS Accredited ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environment and ISO 45001: 2018 Health & Safety.
Jonathan ensures industry best practices when it comes to managing environmental matters for Cawarden.
He is leading the charge on the De-Carbonise Project so that we become even more sustainable. This has involved the trial, introduction and switch to Green D+ HVO across our fleet as the more sustainable and environmentally friendly solution to red diesel.
Jonathan maintains a reliable and trusted network of suppliers across the UK and minimises environmental impact by reducing vehicle movements and supporting local economies wherever possible. He also manages all scrap and recycling from Cawarden projects. Our total recycling solution means, on average, 97% of building materials from our demolition projects are diverted from landfill.
He is also responsible for all utility disconnections and liaison with third party suppliers to ensure projects get off to a head start.
Every day is different and a new challenge but as a team, we always rise to the challenges we are faced – always upholding our reputation for delivering quality projects, on time and on budget.
