Samuel oversees the site management teams who are tasked with the delivery of demolition schemes up to and exceeding the value of £3,000,000 and is responsible for overall contract delivery and client satisfaction.
He is committed to providing delivery excellence and maintaining Cawarden’s reputation for high standards and quality on-site.
Samuel is the youngest son of Founder William Crooks and has spent his life living and breathing demolition. He started his career on-site as a demolition operative and rose through the ranks from there – building a wealth of knowledge and practical experience along the way.
With a proactive attitude, Samuel is keen to adopt new ideas, technology, and systems. The outcome – to create safer, more efficient ways of working and to ensure Cawarden keeps making progress, changing and adapting with the times.
Through a continued commitment to training and development, he has had his competencies recognised with the award of top industry qualifications.
