Due to continued business success and exciting projects to commence across the UK, we are recruiting qualified Demolition Operatives to join our team.
Role Overview
As a Demolition Operative, you must hold a CSCS or CCDO card and have prior experience in demolition, groundworks or general labouring. You will also need a strong understanding of on-site health and safety, and the ability to work effectively with others.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out demolition tasks and activities
- Carry out the work as planned and organised by the Site Manager
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations, company procedures, methods and site rules
- Use a variety of tools and equipment
- Undertake formal and informal on-the-job training and development
- Any other duties as directed by the Site Manager
- To uphold Cawarden’s company values and professional image

Qualifications & Knowledge
- Prior experience in demolition, groundworks or general labouring
- Must hold a CCDO or CSCS Demolition Operative card
- Must hold an Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Full UK driving licence – Ideal
- IPAF and PASMA training – Ideal
- Working with non-licensed asbestos CAT B – Ideal
