Cawarden has announced it has achieved Silver Level Membership with the Supply Chain Sustainability School – underlining the Specialist Contractor’s commitment to sustainability.
To achieve Silver Level Membership, Cawarden has been recognised for its proactive engagement and interactions with the School.
Among the steps involved were attending a recent Supply Chain Sustainability Workshop hosted by Kier Construction and completing a detailed assessment as well as taking part in a variety of training sessions.
We’re pleased to continue our mission of promoting sustainability, with the invaluable assistance, encouragement and direction provided by the Supply Chain Sustainability School. The School offers an array of exceptional training and resources that will enable us to enhance our knowledge and expertise in this field. Our ultimate aim is to meet our sustainability objectives, as well as those of our clients, by effecting positive change that will have a constructive influence on our business and operations. Our next goal is to attain the coveted Gold Level Membership!”

The School is a collaboration between clients, contractors and suppliers who have a mutual interest in building the skills of their supply chain. It offers a free online platform that provides training and learning content including topics such as Carbon Reduction, the Circular Economy, Sustainable Procurement, Change management and Social Value.
